  • Eggs

    • 🥚 6 quail eggs
  • Meat

    • 🥓 2 slices bacon
  • Vegetables

    • 2 bell peppers (60g)
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil

Cut off the stem and bottom of the bell peppers, then slice them horizontally into three equal rings. Remove seeds and pith.

Cut the bacon into 1cm squares.

Spread salad oil thinly in a frying pan using a paper towel. Heat the pan over medium heat and arrange the bell pepper rings inside. Add half of the bacon evenly into the rings.

Crack a quail egg into the center of each bell pepper ring. Sprinkle the remaining bacon around the yolk and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of water to the pan, cover with a lid, and reduce to low heat. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the eggs are fully set.
