INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 30g harusame (glass noodles)
Meat
- 80g ground pork
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- đź’§ 150cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers and slice them thinly. Julienne the carrot and mince the ginger.
Place the harusame in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let it soak for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened.
Add water and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, pepper). Mix well, then add the harusame and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the bell peppers and cook until softened.
