INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 80g shelled clams
Vegetable
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
Broth
- đź’§ 100cc water
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Dressing
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard paste
STEPS
Boil komatsuna in plenty of water, then cool in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and cut into 3cm pieces.
In a pot, combine water, dashi powder, sake, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, add clams, and simmer briefly. Turn off the heat and let cool.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and mustard paste. Add komatsuna and drained clams, then toss to combine.
