Main Ingredient
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp black bean powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥢 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
步骤
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix until sugar dissolves.
Slice king oyster mushrooms lengthwise into 1-2 cm thick pieces.
Place the mushroom slices in a frying pan and pour the prepared seasoning over them.
Cook over medium heat. If some mushroom pieces don't fit initially, wait until the mushrooms shrink and add them later.
Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens and mushrooms are fully cooked, flipping occasionally.
Serve the bulgogi-style mushrooms as a delicious side dish.
