- 🍖 300g pork shoulder
- 1 cup anchovy kelp broth
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🥬 1/4 head kimchi
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

步驟
Cut pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces and slice kimchi lengthwise.
Slice green onion diagonally.
Roll pork pieces with kimchi and prepare them tightly.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and arrange the kimchi rolls neatly.
Add enough anchovy kelp broth to partially submerge the rolls and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add sugar and chili powder, then simmer for an additional few minutes.
Add green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
