INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti
Seafood
- 40g shirasu (whitebait)
Vegetables
- 1 bunch watercress
- đź§… 100g onion, chopped
Condiments
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 1 ladle pasta water
STEPS
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1 ladle of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add shirasu and watercress to the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the watercress wilts slightly.
Add the reserved pasta water and soy sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine.
Toss the cooked spaghetti into the pan and mix well with the sauce and ingredients.
Season with pepper and serve immediately.
