Healthy Korean Steamed Napa Cabbage with Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables

    • 2 handfuls bean sprouts
    • 3 bok choy
    • 1/2 napa cabbage
  • Meat

    • 300g beef short plate
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

STEPS

Wash 2 handfuls of bean sprouts and spread them on the bottom of a pot.

Layer 3 bok choy on top of the bean sprouts.

Place 1/2 napa cabbage on top, filling the pot. Don't worry if it seems full; the vegetables will shrink as they cook.

Add 300g of beef short plate on top of the vegetables.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of salt and a pinch of pepper over the ingredients.

Cover the pot with a lid or silicone cover and steam until the vegetables soften and the beef is cooked.

Once the vegetables have shrunk, stir the ingredients gently.

Add more beef if desired and continue steaming until everything is fully cooked.

Serve the steamed dish and enjoy. Optionally, use the leftover broth to make porridge.
