    • 🥩 80g beef
  • Beef Marinade

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black pepper
  • Thickening Mixture

    • 💧 300ml water
    • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and cooking wine. Let it sit for a while.

Prepare the vegetables: slice shiitake mushrooms, chop onion, carrot, and perilla leaves.

Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef until partially cooked.

Add carrots and onions to the pan and stir-fry until onions turn translucent.

Add shiitake mushrooms and pour 300ml of water into the pan.

Once the water starts boiling, prepare and add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.

Stir the sauce quickly to achieve a smooth consistency. Add sliced perilla leaves.

Finish the sauce by seasoning with sesame oil and black pepper.
