INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g beef harami block
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Cut the beef harami into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chives and bean sprouts, stir until coated with oil, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp sesame oil to the pan, heat, and stir-fry the beef harami until the color changes. Add the sauces (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir to combine. Return the chives and bean sprouts to the pan and stir briefly.
