- 50g glass noodles
- 150g sliced pork
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 5g dried wood ear mushroom
- 40g cilantro
- đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 piece ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Pork Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- đź’§ 50ml water
STEPS
Soak glass noodles in hot water until softened, then cut into manageable lengths. Soak dried wood ear mushrooms in water, trim tough parts, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the carrot. Trim cilantro roots and cut into manageable lengths. Mince garlic and ginger.
In a bowl, mix pork marinade ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and massage into pork slices. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. Add marinated pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add carrot and wood ear mushrooms to the pan, stir-fry until coated with oil. Add glass noodles and seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth powder, water). Cover and steam for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid, add cilantro, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Serve hot.
