INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 120g garlic scapes
- 🦐 1 cup dried shrimp
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
PASSOS
Toast the dried shrimp in a dry pan until fragrant.
Remove the toasted shrimp and clean the pan of any residue.
Heat the pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the garlic scapes until slightly softened. Add a pinch of salt and continue cooking.
Add the dried shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until well combined with the garlic scapes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly coated. Before turning off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds and black pepper.
