STEPS
Place the frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave according to the package instructions.
Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
Mix the natto in a bowl, add the egg white and the included sauce packet, and stir until fluffy.
