INGREDIENTS

- 1 fish sausage
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
- 60g torn lettuce
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 300ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the fish sausage into 1cm slices.
In a pot, bring water, consomme powder, and salt to a boil over medium heat. Add the onion and fish sausage, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the lettuce and cook briefly. Adjust the flavor with pepper.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
