    • 1 handful glass noodles

    • 2 sheets fish cake

    • Adequate amount canola oil
  • Seasoning for Fish Cake

    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • Adequate amount canola oil
  • Seasoning for Noodles

    • đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • Sprinkle sesame seeds
    • Dash of black pepper

STEPS

Thinly slice the fish cake.

Thinly slice the green onion.

In a pan, add sliced green onion, 2 pinches of salt, and canola oil. Stir-fry until fragrant.

In the same pan, add fish cake, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide, and canola oil. Stir-fry until well coated.

Boil the glass noodles, rinse thoroughly under cold water, and drain well.

Place the noodles in a bowl and add the seasoning ingredients: soy sauce, perilla oil, oligosaccharide, sesame seeds, and black pepper.

Mix the noodles well with the seasoning.

Add the prepared green onion and fish cake to the noodles.

Mix everything together and serve.
