Liquid
- 🥤 600ml Pepsi
- 💧 300ml water
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Combine pork belly, Pepsi, water, doenjang, soy sauce, and black pepper in a pot. Optionally, add green onions.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Lower the heat to a gentle simmer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the pork belly from the pot and slice it into serving pieces.
Serve the sliced pork belly with optional scallion salad made from chili powder, sugar, vinegar, and sesame seeds.
