    • 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 1 green chili, chopped
    • 1/2 red chili, chopped
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
    • 💧 1 cup water
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

步驟

Prepare the onion slices, chopped green onion, green chili, red chili, and minced garlic. Mix the seasoning ingredients into a sauce.

Slice the tofu into thick pieces. Use either half a block of hand tofu or one pack of store-bought tofu.

Layer sliced onions at the bottom of a pan or pot, then place the tofu slices on top.

Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu and onions. Cook on high heat until boiling.

Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add chopped green onion and chilies, then simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve the braised tofu as a side dish or light stew.
