    • 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
    • 🍠 300g sweet potato, sliced
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped

    • 🍗 200g chicken thigh, diced
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Cut cabbage, chicken, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice sweet potato into 5mm rounds and soak in water for 3 minutes, then drain.

Mix chicken with the seasoning ingredients (☆) in a bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add onion, cabbage, and sweet potato in order, then place chicken on top. Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Stir-fry the mixture until fully cooked. Serve on a plate.
