STEPS
Slice cucumber thinly and arrange on a plate. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Extract the inner flesh of the mentaiko using a knife. In a bowl, mix mentaiko, milk, olive oil, vinegar, and cream cheese until well combined.
Add the tomatoes to the sauce mixture and combine. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and sprinkle with pepper to finish.
