- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/5 bunch chives
- 🦐 2 tbsp dried shrimp
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of chopped red chili
Steamed Chicken
- 🍗 2 chicken thighs
- 1 green onion (green part)
- 2-3 slices ginger
- 💧 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- To taste cilantro
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Side Dish
- 🥒 To taste cucumber
- 🥬 To taste lettuce
STEPS
Cook the rice using chicken broth for added flavor.
Prepare the steamed chicken by boiling water with green onion, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and cook until tender.
Mix oyster sauce and vinegar to create a rich sauce for the chicken.
