Chicken
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh (cut for frying)

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
STEPS
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Mix sake, ketchup, and tonkatsu sauce in a bowl to prepare the seasoning.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes. Add the seasoning mixture and cook on medium heat until the liquid evaporates and coats the chicken.
