STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces by slicing diagonally. Season with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the onion and cut the shiso leaves into quarters.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Then add shiso leaves and the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, sugar, sake). Stir-fry until well combined.
