INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 150g mizuna, chopped
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into thin pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch and rub evenly.
Cut the mizuna into 4cm pieces after removing the root ends.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, miso, mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add the mizuna to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
