- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
STEPS
Dice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and chop vegetables (onion, mushrooms, carrots, green onions).
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and sauté the chopped onion until partially cooked.
Add diced chicken breast and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until the chicken's surface is cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Add julienned carrots and chopped green onions for color and additional flavor. Stir lightly.
Beat eggs lightly and pour them over the simmering mixture without stirring.
Serve the chicken and egg mixture over a bowl of rice for a complete meal.
