- 🥚 Eggs 3 (lightly beaten)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Mirin 2 tbsp
- Dashi stock 200 ml
STEPS
Put the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a pot, bring to a boil, and mix well.
Add the chicken breast to the pot and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot, cover with a lid, and heat on low for 1–2 minutes.
Pour the contents of the pot over rice to complete the oyako-don.
