INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🌱 4 green beans
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp miso
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into thirds. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables become tender.
Add the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, miso, garlic, salt, and pepper) to the pan and mix well.
