- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin

STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain.
Cut the onion and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the chicken until its color changes.
Add potatoes, onion, and carrot to the pot and sauté until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning mixture (water, dashi powder, sake, mirin, and salt).
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
