    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
    • 🥔 2 pieces (300g) new potatoes
    • đź§… 1/2 piece (100g) onion
    • 1 can (180g) cream corn
    • 🥛 100cc milk
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
    • đź’§ 200cc water
  • Seasoning for chicken

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • Adequate amount of flour
  • Garnish

    • Pinch of chopped parsley

STEPS

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on, and soak them in water. Drain the water. Slice the onion into 5mm vertical strips.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and coat with flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until the color changes. Add onion and new potatoes, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the onion softens.

Add water and consomme, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Add cream corn and milk, stir well, and bring to a boil. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
