INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 🥒 5cm daikon, grated
- 1/6 bag mizuna, chopped
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- Pinch of chili powder
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź’§ 300ml water
STEPS
Grate the daikon. Chop the mizuna into 3–4cm pieces. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients (dashi powder, soy sauce, salt, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the chicken and simmer over medium heat until cooked through.
Heat the frozen udon according to package instructions, place in a bowl, and top with mizuna, grated daikon, and a pinch of chili powder.
