INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- Some pickled radish
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Topping
- 🧀 Slices of cheddar cheese
STEPS
Finely chop the pickled radish and onion.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, tuna, pickled radish, onion, sesame oil, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
Add crushed seaweed and sesame seeds to the mixture.
Using gloves, shape the mixture into round rice balls.
Top each rice ball with a slice of cheddar cheese and melt it in a preheated oven at 180°C or microwave until the cheese is melted.
