- 🥬 1/8 piece cabbage
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of sesame seeds
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into thin slices about 0.5cm thick.
Chop green onion finely to yield about 1 tbsp.
Place cabbage and green onion into a deep pan.
Add 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil and turn the heat to medium.
Stir-fry quickly with chopsticks until the cabbage starts to soften.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Mix again briefly and serve immediately.
