INGREDIENTS

- 1 piece chikuwa
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 1/8 sheet roasted seaweed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Seasonings
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and massage. Let sit for 10 minutes, then lightly squeeze out excess water.
Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces.
Add the cabbage to a bowl, mix in the seasonings (☆) and chikuwa.
Tear the roasted seaweed into small pieces and mix into the salad.
