    • 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
  • Mentaiko Cheese

    • 1/2 stick mentaiko (25g)
    • đź§€ 50g cream cheese
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Pinch of black pepper

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

Separate broccoli into small florets. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.

Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and 1 tbsp water, cover again, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Drain excess water.

In a bowl, mix the mentaiko cheese ingredients (cream cheese, mentaiko, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pepper). Add broccoli and potatoes, then mix well.
