Cut the broccoli into small florets and chop coarsely. Mince the garlic after removing its core.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and red chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the broccoli and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Add the cooked rice and stir-fry over medium heat until the oil is evenly distributed.

Add the shirasu and seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame seeds). Stir quickly to combine and adjust the taste.
