INGREDIENTS

- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli (250g)
- 100g nagaimo
Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut broccoli into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain water.
Cut nagaimo in half horizontally, then slice vertically into thirds. Place slices flat and cut into thirds again.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
