- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Protein
- 1 piece hanpen (60g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Sesame seeds as needed
STEPS
Cut the broccoli into small florets and roughly chop the stem.
Cut the hanpen into cubes and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add broccoli and hanpen. Stir-fry until they develop a golden color.
Add the cherry tomatoes and the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame seeds). Stir quickly and cook briefly.
