  • Vegetables

    • 🥒 1/2 radish (sliced into 8mm thickness)
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (julienned)

    • 1 squid (cleaned, with intestines removed)

    • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder

STEPS

Place the radish slices on the bottom of the pot and layer the onion and carrot on top.

Add the cleaned squid on top of the vegetable layer.

Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic) and pour it into the pot. Add water.

Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes and it's ready.
