INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 400g beef tendon
Vegetables
- 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- 1 slice ginger
- 300g daikon radish
- 250g konjac
Liquid
- 200cc water
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the daikon radish into 1cm thick slices and slice the ginger thinly.
Tear the konjac into pieces by hand. Boil it in a pot with water (not listed in ingredients) and drain.
Boil beef tendon in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes, then rinse and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add beef tendon, daikon, ginger, green onion, seasonings, konjac, and water to the pressure cooker. Cook on medium heat until pressure builds, then reduce to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.
After pressure naturally releases, remove the lid and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes to reduce the liquid.
