INGREDIENTS

- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 10 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sesame Ponzu Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Remove stems from shiso leaves and tear them into large pieces.
Mix the sesame ponzu sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef over medium heat.
Once the beef changes color, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly. Then add the sesame ponzu sauce and mix well.
Add the shiso leaves and stir-fry briefly to combine.
