Broth Ingredients
- 💧 13 cups water
- 1 handful dried anchovies
- 3 pieces kelp
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp broth
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the broth by boiling 13 cups of water with a handful of dried anchovies and 3 pieces of kelp for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside 10 cups of broth.
Mix 1 tbsp of the prepared broth with chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Wash and drain 400g of bean sprouts.
Slice the green onion and chili peppers finely. Prepare shrimp paste by lightly chopping it.
Boil the broth and add the bean sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes, then remove the bean sprouts and let them cool. Season the broth lightly with soy sauce and salt.
Assemble the dish by placing cooked rice in a bowl, topping with bean sprouts, pouring the broth, and adding green onion, chili peppers, shrimp paste, and seasoning sauce.
