    • 120g fresh okara
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
    • 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    • 5 green beans, sliced
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • đź’§ 200cc water
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the carrot, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the green beans diagonally.

Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and green beans for about 1 minute until coated with oil.

Add the okara and seasonings (water, dashi powder, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) to the pan. Mix well, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Increase to medium heat and stir-fry until the liquid is almost fully absorbed.
