    • 1 stalk green onion
    • 3 king oyster mushrooms

    • Sufficient amount of thinly sliced pork belly
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • Adequate amount of red pepper powder

Wash all ingredients thoroughly under running water and cut them into large pieces.

Layer the ingredients in the pot in the order listed above.

Place a generous amount of thinly sliced pork belly on top and pour the prepared seasoning sauce over it. Start cooking on medium heat to let the vegetables release their moisture.

Once the moisture starts to boil, increase to high heat and cut the pork belly with scissors as it cooks. Do not overcook to retain tenderness.
