    • 🐖 650g pork for bulgogi
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1 small onion
    • 🧅 1 green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 4 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp ginger wine
    • A pinch of pepper
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

Slice the onion and green onion into appropriate sizes.

Place the pork in a bowl and mix with 4 tbsp of sugar.

Add 4 tbsp anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp ginger wine, onion, and green onion to the pork and mix well.

Add 2 tbsp sesame oil and a pinch of pepper to the mixture and mix again.

Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork on high heat until fully cooked.

Transfer the cooked pork to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve with fresh lettuce for wrapping.
