  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
  • Seafood

    • 1 piece grilled anago (150g)
  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Seasoning

    • 2 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
    • đź’§ 150ml water
  • Garnish

    • đź§… 1 stalk green onion, chopped
    • 1g shredded nori

Chop the green onion into small pieces.

Cut the grilled anago into bite-sized pieces.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

Heat mentuyu and water in a frying pan over medium heat. Once boiling, add the anago pieces. Bring to a boil again, then pour in the beaten eggs. Cover and cook for 1–2 minutes until semi-cooked.

Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice. Garnish with shredded nori and chopped green onion.
