- 20g yellow cheese powder
Condensed Milk Dough
- 🧈 50g butter
- 🧂 20g sugar powder
- 20g sweetened condensed milk
- 🥚 1/2 egg
- 90g soft flour
Sablé Topping
- Water for brushing
- 🧂 Sugar for sprinkling
PASSOS
Prepare two separate doughs: cheese dough and condensed milk dough. Start by softening butter and mixing it with sugar powder.
Add egg to each dough and cream together.
Sift and add the dry ingredients to each dough. For cheese dough, add yellow cheese powder and soft flour. For condensed milk dough, add sweetened condensed milk and soft flour.
Combine the cheese dough and condensed milk dough to create a marble effect.
Shape the combined dough into a log and wrap it tightly. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Brush the surface of the dough with water and sprinkle sugar on top (optional).
Slice the dough into even pieces and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes. Adjust time and temperature based on your oven.
