INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
 - 🧀 2 pieces processed cheese
 
Vegetables
- 1 bunch watercress
 - 🥒 1 cucumber
 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper
 - 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
 
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
 - 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 
Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp mustard
 - 1 tsp mayonnaise
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
PASSOS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Chop watercress into 1cm pieces. Dice cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and cheese into 1cm cubes. Quarter cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken with salt over medium heat until browned.
Mix dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add vegetables and cooked chicken, then toss well.
