INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 2 sheets rice paper
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, julienned
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp flour
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 3 pinches pepper
 
PASSOS
Prepare ingredients: julienne the zucchini and crack the egg into a bowl.
Mix the julienned zucchini and egg together in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, potato starch, and flour to the mixture and stir well.
Heat oil in a frying pan and prepare to cook the pancakes.
Cook the zucchini mixture first, forming a pancake shape.
Wet the rice paper and place it on top of the zucchini pancake.
Fold the rice paper around the zucchini pancake to encase it.
Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on both sides.
