INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 Some chopped carrot
- 🥒 Some chopped zucchini
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp coarse salt
- Some cooking oil
PASSOS
Prepare 1 pack of enoki mushrooms and trim the base.
Chop the enoki mushrooms into small pieces.
Prepare onion, carrot, and zucchini.
Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add 0.3 tbsp of coarse salt.
Mix the chopped vegetables and enoki mushrooms into the egg mixture.
Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture and place it onto a pan with cooking oil.
Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
