Tuna Ssamjang Sauce
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1/2 cup rice water
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into quarters and rinse thoroughly.
Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave the cabbage on high for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Prepare the ssamjang sauce by mixing tuna, chopped onion, green chilies, soybean paste, red chili paste, minced garlic, perilla oil, rice water, perilla powder, and honey in a bowl.
Serve the steamed cabbage with the tuna ssamjang sauce on the side.
