INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🥬 Lettuce leaves for wrapping
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🍄 1/4 king oyster mushroom, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 🧄 3 stalks green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ssamjang
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
PASSOS
Chop onion, king oyster mushroom, green chili, and green onion into small pieces.
Stir-fry onion, mushroom, and chili in a pan without oil, allowing the mushroom's moisture to cook the vegetables.
Add ssamjang, gochujang, and minced garlic to the pan and mix well.
Pour the oil from the canned tuna into the pan and mix with the vegetables and seasonings.
Add 5 tbsp water to the pan and stir well.
Add oligosaccharide and red pepper flakes, then stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
Turn off the heat and add perilla oil and chopped green onion. Mix well.
Serve the tuna ssamjang with lettuce leaves and rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
