INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 1 small canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1/4 king oyster mushroom, chopped
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fine red chili powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Chop the onion, green onion, king oyster mushroom, shiitake mushrooms, and green chili.
Heat the tuna oil in a pan and sauté the onion, green onion, garlic, king oyster mushroom, and shiitake mushrooms for 2–3 minutes.
Add the tuna to the pan and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Add doenjang, gochujang, cooking wine, and red chili powder. Stir-fry until the mixture loses its moisture.
Add the chopped green chili and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or storage container.
